Your time on board an Gulet Sailing Turkey is designed to be truly unforgettable — for all the right reasons. To ensure you enjoy every moment, we would like to share some useful information about life on board.
Upon embarkation, you will be warmly welcomed by your Captain and professional crew. A welcome cocktail will be served, followed by a comprehensive safety briefing and important information about your cruise while sailing along the beautiful Turkish coast. The Captain will also provide details about your route and daily program.
As each vessel has its own technical features, you will be informed about electricity availability times and guidance on charging mobile phones, cameras, and other devices.
Your first night will be spent either at the harbor of embarkation or in a peaceful bay along your itinerary.
Throughout your journey, the yacht will anchor in stunning bays where you can swim in crystal-clear waters or simply relax on deck and soak up the sun. While sailing, please note that the breeze can be deceptive — we strongly recommend using high-protection sunscreen to avoid sunburn.
If you wish to take part in activities such as fishing, paragliding, or other water sports, please inform the Captain or crew. They will be happy to assist and arrange these activities whenever possible.
At selected bays and harbors, optional short shore excursions may be available. The Captain will provide details, and participation is entirely up to you — a wonderful way to explore the rich culture and landscapes of the Mediterranean coast.
Lunches and evening meals are special moments to unwind and socialize. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements prior to the start of your cruise. As the sun sets, enjoy your dinner or BBQ on deck, accompanied by a refreshing cocktail and breathtaking views.
During the cruise, guests typically spend their days relaxing on deck with a drink in hand, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, or enjoying leisurely walks ashore once the anchor is dropped.

🛞 Soft-soled shoes (barefoot is preferred on board; regular footwear is not allowed)
🛞 Sturdy walking shoes for excursions ashore
🛞 Beach towels, sunscreen, and a hat
🛞 Casual clothing and a light jacket or long sleeves for cooler evenings
⚓️ Safety Rules (Must Be Followed at All Times)
🛞 Please wait until the engines are completely stopped before jumping into the sea.
🛞 Water and electricity are limited on board — please use them responsibly.
🛞 Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed on deck only; cigarette ends must not be thrown into the sea.
🛞 Wind may blow personal items away — please take care of your belongings.
🛞 Do not dispose of toilet paper or any objects in the toilet; please use the provided bin.
🛞 The Captain may alter the planned route at any time for the safety of passengers and crew due to weather or technical reasons.
🛞 If you leave the boat, inform a crew member and your companions, and return at the time specified by the Captain.
🛞 Children must be supervised at all times.
🛞 The dinghy is for emergencies or shore transfers only.
🛞 Running on deck is prohibited as surfaces may be wet and slippery.
🛞 Be cautious around all onboard equipment while moving about.
🛞 Before leaving the boat, always check that you have all your personal belongings.
